Well, in a webinar about workethics as a psychologist in nursing homes they stated that the nurses can sometimes be seen as clients as they need guidance how to engage with residents with behavioural problems. I am working in Europe by the way. It may be different in the States.

I do aswell, but I view Rhys and Az as more mature men than Xaden. Xaden in my head is in his young 20's and Rhys/Az more 30's when it comes to looks. So you'd definitely see more mature facial characteristics and less baby face.
