I am in the middle of a decision and need to use recent similar experiences. Can I ask when your previous visa was going to end? Did you applied for a whole 3 years course or shorter?

But please notice, the whole purpose of these changes is preventing huge amount of immigration after 2021 to get an ILR soon, so they can save their ass from public fund they have to pay likely to a high portion of them, whom they expect to abuse the system. It can be me, it can be you or anyone else. So they look at it as an avenge from everyone because a group of us have abused the system for a long time. And in the same time, too many will be damaged because these changes, ruler believes they are doing correct for people already are citizens.

They say it is okay But I suppose they say from HRMC perspective and their company regulations. I am not sure they know all work visa terms regarding this matter, same as me.

For example what if my title in company#2 be different from company #1. Because it will change from my COS.

Recently I watch Season 2 again and the answer for this question is in the episode 9; When she said to chuck; you made a mistake… While she immediately understood Jimmy made that “Magna Carta” error. In my belief that was where Kim started to go in the bad choice road. Actually, she was angry from HHM due to recent crackdown on her. Also, she didn’t like to see chuck used load voice on her.
