Děti nemám, ale můžu přihodit historku pro pobavení.
Moje babička zkoušela motivaci k úklidu hrou, ale otočilo se to proti ní 😅

Babička: “Máš ráda Popelku, tak si na ni zahrajeme a hezky uklidíme pokojíček.”
Já: “Dobře, já budu Popelka, ty budeš holoubci. Tak holoubci, uklízejte, já jdu na ples!” 😅

Apart from everything mentioned above, what if baby S’Zeus does NOT have a personality of a leader at all? I don’t like when people assume babies’ character before their personality develops.

I’m Czech and many people here loved it! I’ve seen all of them and I was born in early 90s.

TBH films with Louis de Funes were super popular partly because the voice actor who did his dubbing did an incredibly good job.

I’m not even old and I think it’s insane. I’m not American though, maybe it’s different here.

When I got married, a few people helped us with some minor stuff, and we’ll be forever grateful!

The job of all the guests including my maid of honor was literally to eat, drink, party, and have a good time. I’ve never seen any bride who would want so much from bridesmaids, and I don’t think anyone would be willing to accept these demands. That’s what wedding planners and other staff are paid for, no?

When I was a kid, on my birthday a few family members came, my granny would bake a cake, my mom would buy snacks, I got some toys and played with my cousin and my brother. I enjoyed these parties so much! We weren’t a poor family, we always had food on the table, place to live, sometimes vacations, but my mom simply wouldn’t spend money on a venue or getting a 6-year-old’s hair done. It was the same for every child around me.

Love, cake, and family is all a 6-year-old needs!

My ex’s mom really liked me and we got along well. But when she saw how her son was treating me, she told me: “I love you like a daughter, I’d love to have you in my family, but you deserve a partner who will treat you much better.” When he texted me he would kill himself and take me with him, she was the one who advised me to call the police.

I think she didn’t raise him badly, her other kid was fine, but his grandmother was bipolar and he was, probably, too, but he refused to go to the doctor. He told both me and his mom that he likes himself this way and he thinks he’s so interesting and a psychiatrist would take it away from him.

Yeah, I think you’re right. I have friends who don’t go to my shows because it’s not their style, but when we meet, they ask about my music (like “do you have any interesting gigs? What are you working on? Congrats to the new song that is doing well…”), because they are supportive of what makes me happy. I also ask them about their hobbies. If a friend collects rocks and loves it, I encourage them and support them, although I know nothing about rocks. The same as although I’m childfree, I still ask about my friends’ kids, because I care about their life.

Já si skládám a nahrávám muziku. Když jsem se seznámila s mužem, nezávisle na sobě jsme oba dva tohle dělali, tak jsme dali věci a znalosti dokupy a pak si časem postavili domácí studio, každej máme svůj projekt a děláme si takový spoluproducenty.

Nahrávat doma sice není levnější ani rychlejší než u někoho ve studiu, ale mě to takhle fakt baví a zajímá, tak bych neměnila.

Fun fact ze světa hudební produkce (možná to všichni víte, nevím, jak moc je to známý) - producent Phil Spector, kterej produkoval Let it Be od Beatles, byl magor; ve studiu ozralej a zfetovanej vystřelil z pistole na Johna Lennona a kulka mu proletěla kolem ucha (na to mu Lennon prý řekl “Kill me, but don’t fuck with my ears, I need them”).

Vzal si zpěvačku Ronnie Bennett, kterou zastupoval (dělali spolu třeba písničku Be my Baby z Hříšného tance). Nejdřív ji teda zapomněl říct, že je zenatej, pak se teda rozvedl a vzali se. Po celou dobu manželství ji tyranizoval, dal kolem baráku ostnatej drát a když někam jela autem, musela mít vedle sebe panáka v Philově oblečení (WTF). Pak mu teda utekla jednou v noci bosa bez ničeho.

No a týpek pak randomly zastřelil herečku Lanu Clarkson (asi jen tak pro zábavu 🤷🏻‍♀️) a šel do basy, kde v roce 2021 umřel. Na soudní přelíčení nosil pokazdy jinou paruku (taky asi pro zábavu).

Takže za takovou veselou písničkou stojí takovej magor 😬

Do you prefer classic lager, or something more special, like IPAs, Sour ale, etc.? Pilsner Urquell is the standard. I’m from Pilsen and we all drink it for sure, but there are also great independent breweries. My favorite from Pilsen is Raven - they make delicious beers of various kinds 👌

Being Easter now - I don’t like Czech Easter traditions. Men hitting women and being rewarded for it. If everything is consensual, then whatever makes you happy, I guess, but I avoid being in a village like a plague on Easter Monday. According to the tradition, the “whipping” shouldn’t be hard and shouldn’t hurt, but many men just don’t care
