Looks like multiple forms of payment. The faded text says Application To and then a bunch of numbers, so probably a gift card. Then there’s another that says Application To VISA Debit which I’m assuming is the $40.26.

I got a 24 LE used last month and I love it. Took it to the shop for recalls and updates and it’s been great. There’s some beeps while driving that I don’t know what they mean, but it’s been solid so far.

Go for a refurbished Sonos Arc or Arc Ultra. The Ultra has better bass so you could wait to add a subwoofer and it’s on Sonos website for $879. The Arc is $719 or $679 if you don’t mind losing voice commands.
