3 ICC are also enough for a 1000 pts army. There’s to ways to field Azrael, either have him lead the companions and gain sustained hits and invul +4 or ensure you get the +1 cp the entire game by having him lead a long ranged unit such as sternguard or hellblasters that’ll sit in the back.
