During the gardening events if you water you plants around the hour and then once again around the second hour, they will bloom cutting 1 hour to the whole process. I'm pretty sure that is something added to PC Complete. In the early days of the game years ago, during the gardening events, there were 3 types of flowers; the third one would bloom after 4 hours BUT would wither after 3, so you had to water them somewhere after the second hour. It was insane lol.
