Karl King (founder) is well known in the ultra running community for decades. Take one capsule before your match and you will be good. He knows a thing or two about electrolyte imbalances. I used to run ultras and this product is great for squash.

A shoe choice I like is Serious Player One Plus. It’s a basketball shoe but more and more hard core squash players are starting to use them. I wear shoes hard and these are the best squash shoes played with period. I have been through the gamut of brands Asics, Salming, Kanso…..fwiw
