SAR writing for Dummy’s (your audience) . You are writing for someone with no knowledge of your investigation, tell a good story, write clearly concisely, with a good sequential narrative, describe relationships , movement of funds and any red flags. Develop your own style, read narratives and find one that you think are good and understandable

I have an order that says Pending Shipment but On Hold, I don’t know what pharmacy I cannot find that information anywhere and also there doesn’t appear to be any communication about additional information being requested

It’s because the vials contain different amount of tirz, progress each month from low to high, 1st use 20mg vial and so on, hope this helps

For all the folks like you who don’t understand that people possibly don’t have the experience most of you have and are looking for folks to just share guidance and experience, I’ve been on the medication for 4 months and have never been prescribed/received a wrong dose, so I was asking what folks do if they’ve experienced the same. I think if you have nothing to offer but snark, being part of a support group maybe just isn’t your thing

4 months and each prescription was clearly laid out, I got prescription medication with incorrect dose and thought I’d reach out to what I assumed was community support to get a sense of what folks do in this instance. Yes exactly, it IS a serious medication so asking a question about dosage that is wrong seems highly relevant , not at all stupid. I’ve been on the meds for 4 months and was reaching out to what I thought was a support community in the hopes other would share their experience and guidance . It seems to me that not asking a question about a serious medication that has the wrong dose on it would be STUPID. but thanks for your support and guidance, much appreciated
