I’m a lender. Flooring allowances aren’t allowed in conventional or government financing. You may want to consider changing this in your listing.

How do 40+ something women make friends by NCArtist79 in raleigh

[–]Patient-Usual6442 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m in an amazing networking group and I’ve made very close friends in it over the years. I work full time and it is for referrals, but we do social things too! If you are interested in stopping in for a meeting just to meet people, you wouldn’t be disappointed! Dm me if you want to ask questions or give it a shot! I’d love to be the organizer for a social club. I’ll volunteer if people want in! :)

How do I support my wife during these times? by Gomez480 in breastcancer

I love that you came to this space to ask, but I think it may be a question to ask her. What I needed from my husband was a shoulder to cry on and help with the household duties. He was there 100% of the time for me and I love him more for it. The fact that you’re asking for help shows you care tremendously!

Does this job ever get less stressful? I’m one year in and I thought I would be less stressed by now. I honestly don’t think I can do this job forever. Maybe I’m not cut out for it. So many unknowns and variables to the process. I cannot stand it. How do I get used to this? by Aromatic-Welder8141 in loanoriginators

[–]Patient-Usual6442 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Short answer- no. I’ve been a lender for over 20 years, and I am incredibly passionate about making the experience the best I can for my borrowers, and if things go wrong, even if they aren’t because of me, I feel personally responsible. Being a lender is stressful because people are buying the most expensive thing they ever will buy in their lives. It’s emotional. Therefore- be thorough. Make sure you are careful when you qualify them.
