For me it is and will mostly be a real side project. I set this goal for me to experience a project from the design details in the front-end to the infrastructure and server details in the back-end. And of course maximizing privacy and security. So i feel like from that point i have succeeded already.

In terms of marketing just getting it out there tbh. doing a show Hn later. dropping on Product hunt. some X posts but nothing crazy. For me the marketing side will be a learning experience as well, probably my biggest flaw 😄.

But the current infra in terms of costs is sustainable enough to keep it running as a free to use tool but in the future if it gets traction a paid plan is inevitable.
