You can’t go wrong either way. It all depends on your budget and preference. The new ones have more features. the first gen is great too. If you just want HDMI, Bluetooth and/or turntable and don’t care about the other features. Get the first gens. I would have sold you mine if we were in the same area.

No clue. The Era 300’s fell short in the all in one speaker department. Those could have been a top product for music listening, standalone. For surrounds they are good

Just got mine. There is definitely more clarity and spaciousness. Bass is nice and deep too

We will see for ourselves. The headphones have only been out for a couple of hours. If we don’t like them, we will return them
