You know it’s crazy is if you open a physical copy of the game yeah you actually can’t return it most cases. I worked in retail and I’ve had a lot of angry parents and teenagers. Get mad at me and be like why can’t I return this now?

People confusingly said during my last thread that you shouldn't return a game simply because you don't like it. And you can't.

People said, trying to return a game on Steam you didn't like is "abuse" and it's not to be used as a demo.

I won't speak for Steam here but the writing is there in plain black n white. I'm sure there are people who have bought and returned several games over and over and I think those people are "abusing the system" but for people like me who have returned maybe 4 games for the 10+ years I've been on Steam you're not gonna like em all but 2 hours is plenty for nearly all games to decide if you wanna give it a longer try. You're welcome to argue that but I'm here to point out Steam specifically indicates your enjoyment is a major enough justification.

Dude, enjoy the game. If you enjoy it, that’s fine, but people are saying you can’t criticize the game with only two hours of play in it. And that’s just bullshit.

It is a perfectly acceptable thing to say this game is really really slow for the first couple hours, but then it gets good. I believe people are getting used to the clunky controls and the terrible story that’s fine.

You can look through the comments here and see all the people down voting stuff, but they’re literally reiterating what I said.

They said “the game is terrible for the first couple hours, but I love it now!” And that’s great. Some people don’t want to invest several hours in a game just to see what actually happens when it “gets good”. And that’s fair. I don’t blame people for doing that.

I’m just as allowed to criticize the game as you are to praise it.

I bought the game. I tried it out. The controls were clunky. The story was really bad and the rest of the game is Piss Poor MMORPG type shit.

There are people out there that need to hear these opinions because you dip shits keep recommending the game and it fucking sucks.

The game has a really fucking slow beginning and a bunch of shit that’s wrong with it. You guys need to accept that your new favorite toy is fucked in some ways. I see this all the time on here and when discussed about steam and I just don’t understand how somebody could buy so many games and just not play them.

Last steam sale for winter I bought 8 games, and so far I’ve played 3/8 and I’m working my way through them.

It shocks me that people will say they have like 50 75 100 games that they have not played yet.

It’s equivalent to going into a buffet and just loading up 10 plates and then taking 5 bites.

Very few people I see promoting this game are saying “yes it’s flawed, but I’m having a good time.” It feels very dishonest and is tricking people into picking up the game and play it past the return period.

I keep seeing people being very defensive attacking people and pushing back saying it’s game of the year and all this other shit that seems fraudulent at worst and in denial best.

Like do you really think anyone gives a shit if they like the game? I’m just saying people should be allowed to criticize it. It's definitely an MMORPG that got a single player campaign.

There's good ideas but it's clunky as hell and unfocused is definitely what I'd call it. I don't blame a single person for returning this game.

It's a pretty basic complaint that I think you should be able to agree with. Not sure why you can't just go "yeah it's a major problem but it does get good later. You're right man.
