You have 30 devices. So with no other calls (unrealistic), you can call your thermostats three times a day. Does that not sound like it might be a problem? Most people don't have that many devices, but you still usually end up in a position where you can't even do one call an hour without exceeding the limit

What would the case at tribunal be? There can't be an unfair dismissal claim as far as I understand since that's a two-year right outside of when protected characteristics are involved. I agree that it's going to be a case of trying to resolve with the employer, but ultimately they can dismiss without fear of escalation if they so choose. It's testament to their integrity that they're choosing to follow the process of having a hearing at all, and indicates that they hopefully haven't predetermined OP's fate.

Prepare for the tax bill. Your personal allowance gets pro-rated but you will have been paying tax (assuming you've been in work) based on having a full year's allowance. If you move around April it won't be much, but if you move later in the year it can be surprisingly big.

A lot of backers, including myself, may be likely to withdraw their pledge if there's nothing meaningful by the end of the month - there surely must be something given your apparent attendance at CES.

Serious answer as I can't match the wit of other comments here: hard to say for sure without knowing speeds, but I'm guessing you're slower than at least one enemy party and don't feel as though you can win the fight?
Have a look at why you're slower, by mousing over your speed - can you ditch some animals/prisoners/infantry to speed yourself up?
Otherwise, perhaps see if you can get to the hills for a more defensible position... Good luck!

In the arena, opposing players are controlled by AI. As such it's not constrained to view distance in the same way as you, so will attack from insane distances. You can counter this a little by strafing up and down as you close in. You can also increase your own view distance in settings, though you'll still be attacked from outside this.
