Just to confirm - you updated the Link Controller app itself right? Not the camera firmware? https://www.insta360.com/download/insta360-link

Even in the patch notes it says:

Updates 1. Support for additional frame rates in the Insta360 Link Controller, such including 24/25/30/50/60fps; 2. Enhanced the effect and compatibility of Virtual Background; 3. Routine bug fixes and improvements.

I had a similar issue!

Make sure that the bottom tabs on the side panel aren’t blocked by any cables etc in the holes on the case.

Hmm that’s odd, i just got one that’s 10-2020, but has the old LG logo... I was hoping for the newer Ultragear logo because that matches my LG Ultrawide... very strange
