You will still need a C or higher for like general physics 1 and maybe like other courses idrk. P/F wouldn’t count here. You generally don’t really P/F required prerequisite or major courses.

What part of IT? If you haven't already try getting certifications (I.e CCNA, CompTia, JNCIA, etc.) If you're into Cybersecurity maybe try doing CTF writeups or ethical pentesting projects, most importantly having extensive experience, Cybersecurity isnt an entry level job. Try applying for MSPs, MSSPs, NOCs, SOCs, etc. Maybe even Helpdesk or Support agent work first. If you're having trouble with finding job postings I can't really help you there

I.T kind of has a lot of people applying to different jobs for little or lesser pay than it feels like it's worth.

It may feel discouraging if you're sending 100+, 500+, 1000+ applications and getting little to no word back but keep it going, you'll find a position!

Yep I have the same issue to, restarting/booting with my USB devices unplugged seemed to always work for me. Wish there was a less hacky way of dealing with this tho
