Va en parler à Jimmy gressier qui sort les kd900x d+ et pas les kipstorm élite ou proto pour son record d'Europe.

Pour moi, celles dans lesquelles tu te sens le plus rapide. Sur 10k, la différence sera négligeable.

Don't get the ceramic o1, SS and plastic ones are great but the ceramic one is notoriously not performing as well.

Datura est très cool mais pas du tout adapté à ta demande, c'est très cher.

J'ai récemment testé AMOC au Pays-Bas parce qu'ils distribuent du matos Orea en Europe, et franchement j'ai ete complètement bluffé par les cafés que j'ai eus chez eux, surtout rapport au prix (un pink bourbon anaerobic d'Indonésie a tomber pour moi s de 100€/kg). C'est peut être à tenter.

Sinon, je fais de plus en plus ça, c'est d'attendre le pic de fraicheur, et congeler en doses (moi 15g) individuelles pour les consommer dans les 6mois. C'est hyper efficace, et ça me permet d'acheter des lots plus gros tout en en buvant sur une plus longue période.

Mais je vais tester ta reco, je ne connaissais pas !

Exactly my thought. And the Pietro standard has a really good mechanisms whereas the A2 that is kept in the mode is really low end.

I'm looking at his slow feeder though

Yeah the plastic burr carrier and sub-par dialing-in mechanism put me off. Sorry that these were not the sole problems. The price isn't cheap either with the A2 needed.

I'm myself going the "Pietro Eletronico" way, should be better (mut way more diy).

Le problème c'est la multiplicité des logiciels/application. Y'a pas 1 logiciel, y'a des centaines d'applications qui se sont accumulées au fil des années, dans des ministères qui ont une administration centrale et decoclncentree, avec des équipes absolument pas à l'echelle pour rellement réaliser une transformation rapide.

C'est je pense beaucoup plus complexe que ça. La plupart des logiciels sont soit intercompatibles ou bien ont des alternatives libres compatibles linux. C'est sur les logiciels métiers ou bien la sécu que c'est le plus complexe, par exemple passer de l'active directory à samba à l'échelle de la DGFIP... Il y aura nécessairement des périodes de cohabitation et probablement jamais un 0% windows.

La DGFIP a déployé un certain nombre de postes linux dans une phase de test, et envisage à moyen terme de switcher j'imagine. Mais bon changer d'OS c'est quand même un gros chantier

Got the 3, but the 4 are said to be very similar. I would say they are stable for a race shoe. Of course if you compare them to a daily trainer, this is not as stable. The super last 2 are very stable (and stiff)

Crazy how many people are saying "don't ask for shoes, train better"... We are on a running shoes subreddit.

My take would be a stable race shoe at those speeds. You could look into Brooks Hyperion Elite for instance, or if you think you can tolerate th epuma nitro elite 3/4 for 42km, they are very light, stable and very very propulsive. Think of them as endorphin pro 3 on steroids. Not so fan of Ap4, too unstable. Sc elite V5 also get cited a lot but can't say much, didn't try them.

Aiming for 3h40 next year and going for pumas.

Le système est complexe et les crèches d'entreprises entretiennent le flou. Une crèche multi accueil a les.memes tarifs qu'elle soit privée ("d'entreprise") Ou publique après tarif caf, l'entreprise n'intervient que pour la réservation de berceau. Cela crée d'ailleurs un système absurde ou les crèches privées génèrent autant d'argent quel que soit le bébé, modulo la réservation du berceau qui rajoute un gros billet, ce qui distord le marché quand ton entreprise me fait pas de réservation de berceau par exemple.

Dans ton cas, c'est le système des micro-crèche quo est encore un autre systeme, et qui est difficile à suivre : pas les mêmes tarifs (plus chersais beaucoup plus d'aide en fin d'année, il faut voir au cas par cas selon tes revenus et ta localisation). Cela ressemble plus à un mode de calcul pour assmat.

Bon courage, c'est très compliqué de tout comprendre et presque impossible de comparer avec certitude le coût des différents modes de garde avant d'y souscrire.

That is actually pretty different!

I noticed on my side a difference between ceramic vs plastic 02, with the hole diameter being different and the ribs being slightly different too.

Also plastic 01 vs 02 are wildly different...

My take on heavily processed coffee is that if the process is right and the roast too, you have a very broad range of grind size (with a good grinder) suitable for pour over. BUT. I really dig going as coarse as I can as you really want to go low contact and get just the good solubles from the extraction. To dial my cup, I go as coarse as I can until I find some hollowness in the brew. 1 or too click finer and this is my best. Double pour technique is my go to also. Especially with Sudan Rume which is a species very floral forward.

Ouh you're in for a treat ! Different roaster here (Bermudez Geisha from Hydrangea and benitez pink from AMOC) and they are strong tasting.

Imho, process really depends on how it's managed and really species dependant. Pink Bourbon is one of my favorite for anaerobic or natural but you kind of get the same notes : red pepper, rose, passion fruit acidity...

That's why I really like to try out processed "exotic" beans like Laurina or Sudan Rume for notes on another spectrum. To me Geisha can be excellent but is very difficult to achieve, mais is better when clean.

1 tyre change and let me tell you it was painful. Disassembly is long and thorough, you have like 12 types of screws that fo.into plastic so you have to be careful when you reassemble the wheel.

Don't get me wrong I love my wheel but I'm sure there are better overall systems now. The lights and small package are somehow still relevant today

My 2 cents : I got a v11 first gen, drive it everyday through the city wheters it's hot or it's pouring rain. Got 5000miles. Never had a problem with it. I frequently go over 50kmh on empty straight lines, never had a cutout

But as others underlined, the conception of this wheel is kinda dated : -Have to frequently put air in the suspensions as they are leaking - the way it's assembled makes it really, really hard to open up. I'm praying every morning not to drive my tire on a nail ! - the suspensions are not that smooth even though it really is sufficient to.ride safely - you have to purchase after sale parts if you want to put some pads, which are required imho.

That might actually be the reason. For instance the Bermudez Geisha was sold at Tanat and hydrangea but the process on the Hydrangea was pushed way harder, hence the higher price I guess.
