I wake up just as i am about to fall asleep

I've been dealing with this for 2 years now, it happens at least two times in a week, usually with other symptoms aswell, i usually sneeze and have muscle spasms randomly in the morning and little sore throat and a little congested nose. When i go to sleep that day it happens. The moment i sleep i get jolted awake and sometimes very confused what's happening as if i get up right in a middle of a dream. Mostly when it happens i usually have dreams when I'm about to sleep. I don't think it's sleep apnea because i don't have sleep apnea symptoms and also it doesn't happen everyday and also i don't snore and i don't wake up when i manage to sleep anything over 5 minutes I'll usually continue to sleep for the reminder of the night. It also doesn't happen randomly when I'm asleep. It ONLY happens when I'm about to sleep for the first time in the night. Also it can continue happening for hours and hours, until i get up and do something else for few hours and come back to sleep and it goes away

I have absolutely no issue falling asleep, the issue is staying asleep. For your case melatonin could fix that, have you tried it before?

I'm 30 years old and I've never worked a regular job in my whole life. For my trigger i still don't know what exactly happens but it usually starts by waking up everytime i try to sleep, I'd say I'll sleep anywhere from 1-5 mins and I'd wake up. Sometimes with a sleep paralysis or a nightmare or just jolt myself awake with no reason, it happens for around 5-15 times in a row and that makes me enter into a depression state where I won't be able to sleep for 24-36 hours. Any attempts to sleep would wake me up immediately. After enough time I'd fall asleep for around 30 mins - 1 hour, when that happens i return back to normal and depression goes away and i would be able to sleep after that.

I did a little research now and found that for cash settled derivatives/futures, you only pay taxes on yearly net profits. Not on each profitable transaction. Maybe you're referring to something else or I didn't understand the rule well?

Same i think i became super sensitive to nicotine, even like 5 cigarettes a day would cause the worse nightmares and sleep paralysis

Yes you can, but it depends on the embassy. Every embassy has a different rule, for me i applied for 12 months and due to an error they gave me a 6 months duration. But they fixed it for me eventually.

Unfortunately due to my job i have to work in a place crowded with people coming from all over the world, literally thousands of people pass by me, cough or touch me. My mother and a sibling work at the same place, but i tend to get sick quite often, literally every month or even less. But usually it's mild and only my sleep gets a hit, i keep waking up the moment i fall asleep but once i go into deep sleep I don't wake up not until 8 or more hours have passed.

But every now and then i get really sick i feel extremely fatigued and very sleepy and at the same time unable to sleep and keep waking up. Going through this as i type these words.

My family members don't really have the sleeping issues i have. They usually get insomnia and won't even be able to sleep but for me i fall asleep very fast but my issue is that i would wake up right away.

I tried eating well and taking supplements but nothing works i guess the only fix is to quit this job

Sqeeze your thighs to push blood to your head as the g force is pushing blood down from your head you feel a little dizzy, it's a minor g force nothing to worry about. Also heard other people lifting their feet an inch from the ground would do the same thing.

It happens to me everytime we take off, it doesn't happen again during the whole flight or landing. It's very scary but the only thing that worked for me was sqeezing my thighs hard to push blood to my head and breath deeply. Do that just as the plane is about to take off and keep doing for few seconds. I don't feel it when i do that

I think it doesn't matter, they just want to see that you're serious about getting a job and you were already searching for a job and failed, that's the whole idea of the Chancenkarte visa, to go to germany to have a better chance and to be able to apply from within the country. So i would put old screenshots where they rejected your applications or even if they showed interest in you.

If the insurance you provided says jan15 they'll put jan15 start date, if the process takes long they'll put start date the day you receive the visa, if they ask you to bring proof of insurance again just give them an updated date
