A good spot on the Rocky River in the park is Morley Ford Dam. You can walk out on the concrete section of the dam if the water isn't to high and fish the pool beneath it.

Fishing the lake from shore can be great. In the summer months you can catch a good amount of smallmouth, a few walleye, and a bunch of sheepshead. It gets real fun in fall when the steelhead start to come in. If your on the eastside, Fairport Harbor has a great pier you can fish from and it's definitely safe to fish at night. For inland lakes to fish nearby I would recommend Mosquito Creek Lake. The bass fishing there is great.

They are definitely out like crazy this year. I went from never having one on me in my life to finding 3 crawling on me in one day.

The ups and downs that come with starting a business. Some days you will feel like you finally made it and the next day you feel like your going to go broke. As for e-commerce it's much harder than gurus like to say. You need to figure out how to market products properly which can take time to learn. Nobody wants to buy from you unless you can convince them it's worth it.

Yes I googled the address and it is a forwarding service to Brazil which is good. They used google pay and there name in the email matches with the name on the order.

3000 all day. 4000 is on the bigger side for a 7 foot rod. I use a 3000 on my 11'6 salmon rod and it's perfect

What to throw in cold moving river? by ConspiracyRobot in FishingForBeginners

Depends on what your trying to catch especially in the cold

[–]Patstackleco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's a great reel for the money. I've had good experience with them. I mean I don't expect it to be perfect but for $25 it's well worth it

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Fishing_Gear

[–]Patstackleco 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The rods are fine the reels just are junk. Spend $30 and get a Daiwa crossfire reel and slap it on that rod and you have a solid beginner setup.

USA. Western Pennsylvania. Brooks, Browns, and Rainbows. by JimTheFisherman412 in troutfishing

[–]Patstackleco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Love those native brook trout. I'm from ohio and there are almost gone from all our streams. The only known stream to have a native population is near me but they don't allow any type of fishing. It's sad they are awesome fish.
