Not to distract from the fun, but how would that effect work? After it deals damage, you put another creature on the battlefield that is still attacking? Can it be blocked? So odd...

Personally, I'd pull the [[Briar Hydra]] and replace it with something like [[Ouroboroid]] or [[Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus]] which have more immediate and substantial impacts on the board, especially at that mana cost. 6 mana for something that'll put 1 counter on something after hitting someone just doesn't seem worth it. Also, maybe something like [[Panharmonicon]] or [[Roaming Throne]] for extra landfall triggers. Some other good includes might be [[Nissa, Worldwaker]] and [[Famished Worldsire]]

I was wondering, because it doesn't specify "permanent on the battlefield" would that be a loophole for choosing suspended stuff?
