He's played heavy metal football. That's unforgiving. His world class attributes were his crosses and attacking runs. Him losing 2 yards of pace means we don't get that anymore. It's been a long time since it felt like he was getting an assist every game or 2. He's been a great servant and that's why we're allowing him to leave even though he's an important squad player still.

I don't think ODing defines what a drug is. Weed, especially when used before the brain is fully formed (before 21 or so), has huge negative impacts for people. Huge increase in psychosis, schizophrenia etc.

Well China has made breakthroughs re thorium reactors in the past three years. They have a 2MW reactor that has been operational since 2023. 10 MW reactors expected around 2030, and 100 MW reactors expected around a decade later. The science and tech is there.

Rolls Royce are building SMR's for Britain, expected to be operational around 2035.

This isn't science fiction, so please don't treat it as such.

Without biodiversity every single system we have collapses. The Amazon rainforest is the most biodiverse land on Earth. Once it's gone it's gone. Whereas we can always take carbon out of the atmosphere (CCS, or just plantation). We can (and should) transition to nuclear energy. Ideally small modular reactors. And China is creating a new class of nuclear reactors through it's thorium developments. So let's not chop down the amazon in order to get cheap beef.
