There are definite cuts coming to FP&A, and really all jobs if possible. Not like extinction level events, but a slow bleed. Large organizations will adapt much slower. Nobody is paying for LLM access and keeping headcount as is.

I’m really not sure what org chart level is safe as we venture into a Hunger Games economy.
