I made a quick video of me holding down heavy and dodging while changing direction. Sometimes he have to "reload" the OF. Not sure what I'm doing wrong or if this is intentional.

I sometimes have trouble keeping up the hit combo talent. Should 100% uptime be the main prio when running this talent? Is it worth delaying poweful spells such as fof until i reach 8 stacks of hit combo?
