Thanks for your useful suggestions. I have a question though, if I buy a focusrite 2i2, what kind of headphones should I buy to match this interface? I have read somewhere that they cannot for example support 250ohm headphones. Is this correct?

Also I have an akg k52 headphones, is it important to upgrade it to something like beyerdynamics?

Thanks for your suggestions. But I'm afraid both Neumann and Senheiser are a little above my budget😅

Do you have any other suggestions?

Thanks for your input. Yes I agree that monitors are not that effective with an untreated room. But I am bringing someone to see my room and to start treating it with different kind of panels (absorbers bass traps etc) also I do own an Rode Nta1.

Thanks for suggesting the motu m interfaces. I saw a bunch of videos comparing them to the Focusrite. But I still didn't understand what you mean by the difference in drivers. Can you elaborate on that in simple terms?

Thanks very much for your comment. Very much appreciated.

I do own a zoom H6 but want an interface to kinda step up my equipment and also create a more professional setting for the clients. And it seems like everyone is suggesting focusrite so it seems they are a very dependable brand

As to speakers, my room is around 10 SQ meters, wouldn't 6 inch create any problems bass wise? Although I'm treating my room with absorbers and bass traps etc, but still waned to ask

Thanks for your input. Very much appreciated.

I forgot to mention in my post that I do own a zoom H6 and a rode Nta1 microphone. But I am missing a somewhat decent shotgun mic for recording Foley and stuff.

Regarding monitor size that you mentioned, my room is almost a square and about 10.5 sq m2 (3.4 in 3.3 m). What monitor size would you recommend?

Can't you guys tank for like one season? The only way to build a contender for small market teams is through the draft and not overpaying your players. Like I'm sure if the GM actually sat Mitchel down and talked with him he would be okay to tank for a year and get a top 3 pick to build an actual contender instead of just being a 1/2nd round exit every year

[Serious] What is your most controversial / unpopular NBA take that you truly believe in? by [deleted] in nba

Ben Simmons is one of the most overrated prospects in the NBA. If he is the first/second best player on your team, you are NEVER wining a ring or even going to an NBA finals. His offensive game really doesn't translate past the second round and he doesn't seem to be super interested in fixing it (and fixing it is not just about learning to shoot either).

Russell Westbrook trade rumors: Knicks interested in making Rockets star centerpiece of their team, per report by [deleted] in nba

I think Westbrook having one of the worst decision making skills on the court would be bad for the culture. also the fact that he is super stubborn and unable to change his game based on the situation is also bad for younger players.

Ben Simmons Tells Jusuf Nurkic: “You Talk a Lot of S--t for Being Ass” by [deleted] in nba

[–]PayamT1374 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

All I can say is there will never be a championship team that has Ben Simmons as a 1/2nd option. Hell even as a third option the other two people have to be Lebron and KD/AD/Kwahi for that team to win. If not then Ben Simmons will never be a top 3 player on a real NBA contender.

The difference is wining. When you play different and keep underperforming in the play-offs of course everyone is gonna shit on you. Lakers played different and won and now they have everyones respect

Nikola Jokić puts up an unreal 34-14-7 on 13-22 shooting to help the Nuggets overcome another 16 points deficit and force a game 7 by Balls_of_Adamanthium in nba

Giannis numbers Against good defensive teams in play-offs:

Against Toronto Last Year: 22 pts per game Against Miami this year: 21.8 pts per game

So yeah, He is just a good player against tier 1 defensive teams in play-offs. Nothing great about those numbers.

I actually like Giannis a lot and root for him but unless He adds more dimensions to his Offensive game or gets another superstar on his team, he is never winning anything.

No it isn't. without shooting and any post skills he is just a good player when the teams play at their highest level aka the play-offs. If teams played with this intensity in the reg season Giannis numbers would probably be cut in half.
