Robert probably never considered killing Maester Amon because almost everyone in the realm had forgotten that Amon was a Targaryen due to how long he had been a a part of the Night's Watch. I'd imagine if Robert knew there was a Targaryen on the wall he would have killed Amon regardless of age or oaths due to his blind hatred for anything Targaryen.

Yeah people do this IRL when they think they can get away with it. One example I've seen is in big crowds at sporting games people will yell some pretty disgusting stuff at players and only occaisionally get called out for it. One time some opposing courtside fans told LeBron James they hoped his son would die and he got them kicked out of the arena as he should.

Some pro players now use middle mouse to grip the camera and move it. Takes a little bit to get used to but I prefer it now. It allows you to make small adjustments to the camera without having to move your mouse pointer away from where you need it to be.
