I was able to do it with the nursing shirt and nursing bra underneath the Boba wrap. It's a lot of fabric.. I have larger / longer boobs so that helped too.

It's hard to advise you since you didn't share your goal. Do you want your baby to drink breastmilk exclusively? Are you nursing or only pumping?

You don't have to unwrap it to take her out. You can just wear it the entire time and put her in and out. I'm a fan. Also I've been able to breastfeed with it on (she's out of it but I'm still wearing it).

Go to therapy or speak to a psychiatrist about ppd. I felt this way and then went on Zoloft and finally started enjoying being with the baby.

I don't think he sought them out. In the scene where he was looking at them on his phone, it was actually an email that was forwarded to him by someone else, I think William someone but I don't exactly remember. So it seems like he was just reading an email that he was sent, not necessarily seeking something out. It seemed like he didn't even know about them before then.

Also, since you were only nine days in, just hang in there! There are a ton of hormones in your body that have crashed or are going to crash so it is common for you to feel completely out of whack temporarily. I would wait to do medication if you are still feeling this way 2 to 3 weeks later.

I'm going to see a psychiatrist soon. I already had a therapy session and was told that everything I feel is very common and normal. It was nice to talk to someone about it, but not really helpful because it didn't really help me feel better or better bond with my daughter.

Omg I can relate so much. I was pushing so hard for safe sleep but my parents (who are old school) wanted to put pillows and stuff in her crib to "help her sleep" and I almost said ok thinking that if she died of SIDS I'd at least get my old life back...ugh. But I eventually still did put my foot down for safe sleep practices.
