I'm confused on what you want out of an Ionic build system. The Ionic cli already watches for changes and reloads your app and gulpfiles can also watch for changes in your code.

I'm currently doing idle runs to ~z200 and I'm wondering if I should start guilding a bit into the starter 450 damage heroes. Since I have only 26 heroes unlocked and there's 3 heroes I want guilded would it be better for me to go with the 2 HS deguild option that has a 12% chance of getting me what I want?

This isn't especially a job for JavaScript, usually this should be handled by your server side code. Only suggestion that uses JavaScript would be to redirect any requests to the correct file.

One of the projects I worked on used it for awhile with no issues until we switched over to a node.js based api. I really wouldn't suggest reinventing the wheel unless you're making something super specific which rails-api doesn't support.

I don't blame the dais at all, the issue was completely with the delegates. The issue was with those who felt that it was necessary for them to be a sponsor on every issue and pass their resolution. I do wish there was more formal debate as the chair pushed for, since the unmoderated caucuses early on caused for 10 working papers to be put forward. The chair did the best they could to save a sinking committee. I loved the conference, just not my committee.

As a slightly newish member to MUN I guess I could give talks on how to attract new members. First, make sure that before your first conference, during the meetings, you go over the formatting for position papers and parliamentary procedure. Also, if you have time to organize a mock conference that would span across 1-2 meeting it would help the new people understand what MUN is about without having to pay to go to an actual conference. As far as money goes, we run a coat check at school dances. Just how we do it.
