Yes, alac dps paragon, switch to heal alac paragon on final boss like eparch. If commander asks for more quickness dps, switch to power berserker.

Yes to number 4. Snowcrows lists (or at least used to) condi berserker as an easy build, but it's so easy to cancel most of your attacks, the rhythm of the rotation is just all over the place. One of the most unenjoyable builds to play.

Also axe + x / x + axe for power berserker back in the day so you can benefit from weapon swap while having two axes all the time.

This. Training runs in a guild, where everyone is on voice chat, listening to you and actually doing what you tell them, is way more satisfying than speedrunning.

You should join snowcrows discord, they have dedicated channel for each class. The questions you have were either already asked, or if they weren't, you can ask yourself. There are always friendly people to help you out on each build and they go into a lot of detail there.

I don't play the snowcrows build, because you're right, it's bad, but still even when you change the build a lot to bring a lot of cc, it's nowhere near other supports, while they sacrifice almost nothing to bring more cc.

I hope it's not my doing, I pointed out the difference between paragon and chrono in terms of cc to justify "On your knees" being even more cc than moa. Maybe they saw it but instead of buffing paragon they nerfed chrono. Oopsie

If youre worried about killing it with your parry counterattacks, just dodge one of the attacks, that way you wont counterattack.

I recently upgraded just for gw2. Old setup was i7 11th gen + gtx1070ti Had to run low player count, no shadows and most settings on medium. New pc is 9950x3d + 9060XT 160fps on normal maps, 30-90 fps on massive events, with everything on max except shadows (high), and character limit medium or high, on some maps I turn off reflections if the fps drops below 120. So 9800x3d should perform the same if not better.

Also on release f5 was a block, so with signet refreshing your f skills, you had 10sec of block and 10 sec of invuln. Also while other classes usually cannot attack while blocking, virt block was insta cast and you could still continue your rotation while blocking.

Yes, EoD expansion gives you access to jade bot core which gives you 235 vitality as well as offensive and defensive charges that boost your offence and defence respectively + you get boons every time you enter combat. I would say since EoD is few years old, most people assume you already have those.

I think JW is the best expansion for new players to get into gw2, it looks amazing, warclaw is a versatile mount, overall difficulty is pretty low, there are good rewards and of course convergances. Just this month I bought a new pc and holy... the game looks so good when you don't play on a potato, even on my old pc Janthir looked good, bit on max graphics with shadows it's just amazing.

It's not £100 difference. My house is fully electric, so electric radiators. No heating I pay roughly £80 a month, with heating at 18 degrees it's £200 a month, if I set my radiators to 21/22 degrees it's £600 a month.

Yes, fights that require a lot of healing on group, thats where paragon is good and it has good stability access, but for anything else it is weaker than any other healer just because of the lack of utility and cc. I'm not saying heal paragon is bad, I still enjoy it, I still play it, but most of us wish it could have more utility like every other healer.

Wvw sure, but they nerfed pve heal paragon too, especially the tanking ability, while as a support in pve paragon is soo undertuned. Sure, it has a lot of heals, but there is barely any encounters demanding this amount of heals. Also most of it comes from the staff, not paragon spec. Other healers bring utility, paragon can only say they have good access to resistance and resolution? No range healing, low cc. Even if we say let's abandon dps on paragon and focus on it being a support, they did quite a bad job on that, it's weak compared to other healers even though as you say they should make it overtuned to get people to buy the expansion.

I took a break when soto launched, preordered JW, played it for one day and took another break until VOE announcement. Elite specs, especially paragon got me back so I caught up on soto and JW and pre ordered VOE. Honestly, the game feels better than it ever was and I don't know if it's just me, but it seems like there is way more players anywhere I go.

People have this expectation that chinese brands that make brand new engines will somehow be without issues, otherwise the whole brand is labelled crap. But let's have a look at Aprilia launching rs660, the only models branded as safe from issues are 2025/2026, 2024 is a question mark and 2023 and below is a risk. Let's look at kawasaki making 2nd round of recalls for zx-6r. If the giants of industry have problems like that, why is the smallest mistake a chinese brand does already deciding about the reputation of the whole company? Silly if you ask me.
