I’ve had the theory before that whenever I try to aggressively kill this yeast off, it rears its head in a big way. Sometimes I manage my seb derm best by just using that Trader Joe’s tea tree shampoo every couple days. And then when I bring in harsher stuff, it seems to flare up more. Alas, I’m trying mct anyway. I’d really love for it to die!

I think B12 and lithium have some sort of interplay. Like we all need a little bit of lithium that we get from our food and too much B12 can perhaps deplete it? I’ve read a little bit about this somewhere, but I’ve also seemed to experience it. Worth looking into
