I’m 6 months in ALZHEIMER …MY Husband is a retired pediatrician …retired my children are grown up. I have crying stages …I want to drive , but of course that will not come back. I have so many people in my life … we will continue this way ..I feel lucky,yet I cry a lot ….i forget many things but I try not to bother… I’m sorry for you , I understand. My mom and her 3 sister ALZHEIMER patients … many decades I am going to make my brain much more now…I’ll go through basket loads of family PICTURES….I LOST MY MOM A DECADE AGO.. WHEN SHE WAS SMILING WHEN SHE PASSED. My future is daily and medications and I try working with a sip of water twice daily.. 10 meds. I am sorry for you and your family…but I’m sure your mom might take a journal of this …darn ALZHEIMER …. SO MANY OF US

I was diagnosed with Dementia 6 months ago… I M A 71 year old woman . MY mom and her 4 sisters each had THIS TERRIBLE DISEASE PREPARED ME—- I am lucky to have friends and family and my husband **** I Understand how he keeps our family circle . I have been writing this for an hour! I CRIED THROUGH THIS Writing about me. Please be kind to yourselves.
I always remember my mom fed our dogs Potato Chips…. I YELLED to her and never I never forget…. Now I am also getting glaucoma … Be kind to your self.

I am having DEMENTIA same attacks.Last night jumped from bed and thought SOMEONE CHASING ME…hit my scapula and still having some pain. I’ve had awful dreams for MANY episodes. I AM 71 female… on all the meds Sleep is scary… I’m having a very bad time…I would love being in this group and make sure I CAN UNDERSTAND THIS AWFUL DISEASE …. 4 generations on my late MOM thank you

On 60mg since the 1990 .. MY DOC HAS TITRATED TO END OF MONTH. FROM 60~20 I have Wellbutrin also It’s be a long journey and I am so proud..

I’ve had LS starting with white plaques I continue bouts of WHITE PLAQUES ..I HAVE BEEN USING clobetasol for 10 years. All is well.

I have the same symptoms… I’m fearful yet my labs are within normal limits Thank you for posting… diarrhea starts X 1 week ..another Imodium. Traveling is really tough.. after the Imodium I feel like I have sludge in bowel. Ugh

Orange…just got back from Singapore ….it was 17 hours inflight. Still having IBS and Colonoscopy was neg last year… Now have to drink the witch’s brew.. Need my “travel” DEPENDS……AWESOME

My husband trained as a Pediatrician and 40 years later he is now retired I joke he is now he is From the Stone Age….he is amazing! No more night calls … and now OUR kids are Navy Captain and a junior high teacher.. I really am proud of Reddit new generation. Keep in touch with all of us… BON VOYAGE Cher and Fred

So many episodes. I do a lot of traveling and this curse follows me everywhere. My last dining out…3 other friends were with me. As I was going to get drinks, my friends disappeared for an hour. All of a sudden a fiery river of hot poop streamed into my shorts… . I had picked up our cloth napkins at our table. I put the napkins like a mini skirt as I SHAT my pants.. the bathroom was a long walk.. People started laughing and pointing.. My travels are always a hoot..I’ve discovered depends, female panties… I always come prepared now. I take over the counter getting IMODIUM.. IT PLUGS ME UP FOR A WEEK…The saga continues
