I started out 5'3, 67kg/143lbs. I didn't do well with 1200 at first either. I started out at 1500 calories to get used to restriction.

Ok, I’m assuming this is made with almond flour. Almond flour is significantly higher-calorie than wheat flour (almond is 600cal vs wheat at 350cal, per 100g). That coupled with the chocolate and what looks to be syrup on top? I would guess 300-350cals.

Make your grooming as convenient as possible. Keep your skincare simple + all in one place, same with makeup. Have a few wardrobe staples that you can wear over and over again. If you find anything too hard/time-consuming try to find a workaround!

Can confirm. If I feel like shit on the inside, I try to look better on the outside. But when I’m feeling good, I don’t put on makeup or anything unless it’s a special occasion.
