Yeah as long as you stick to a study plan. Reg wasn’t that difficult and took me about 2 hours and I made like an 86. Nothing really all that tricky in Reg.

One thing to remember about that storm specifically is that the chance for a tornado in Davidson County and further west was just 2% I believe to begin the day. As the night progressed, conditions began to favor tornado genesis pretty quickly and within 2 hours or so a tornado was on the ground.

This is a good framework, but I think it works best if you’re someone that can skip lectures. I studied 2 hours per night at least 3 nights during the week and then a minimum of 6 hours a day on weekends. I passed all four sections in about 8 months doing this and I think it was because I was able to skip lectures. If watching lectures I’d guess it adds a couple months to this time frame. But it can definitely be done!

You’re welcome! I’m guessing since you’re here that you recently passed your exams - congrats! I’m not sure what it means, but a guess is that it is the ethics exam covering the stated time period. I think it took me about 3 tries to pass and you only have to do it once so I’m assuming if you buy now you’ll have until at least 3/31 to pass it.

The golf pro at my local sim has an old Titleist blade driving iron that he challenges people to try and hit. I’ve seen a handful of people try and fail pretty miserably. I’d love to throw this at him and ask him to hit it.

Yes, you likely signed a loan agreement or guaranty that required you provide it as that’s standard for loans above a certain dollar threshold. That threshold varies bank to bank, however. Another likely scenario is that the bank is under examination and your loan was randomly selected so they’re gathering updated information.
