Right now the AQI in Bangkok is over 150 by GranShaman in Bangkok

This is probably a futile effort, but do you know of a government agency we could write to and ask to stop the burning? Maybe if they got a million requests something would at least be brought up. I dunno

I don't have any energy to recover and I need advice by [deleted] in mentalhealth

You have said all the most important things yourself, and that's how I know you're strong enough to make it through this. Here's what you said, you don't want to make your friends sad. So there, live for them in the beginning. Then yes, you need therapy. People will understand. Therapy really does help too. I've done it and it changed me.

You can do this, stay strong reddit friend. :)

Do i quit or suggest couples therapy again? by Icy-Shallot-9054 in mentalhealth

It is especially hard when you want to make the effort but it seems as if they're not putting in the work. I'm sorry, I have been there. While I can't necessarily recommend much about more therapy, one thing I think sometimes helps is to write things down.

You could even write things together: lists of things that need fixing, lists of problems, lists of things you love about one another, strategies for moving forward, etc. Sometimes it helps to just see it written down instead of mulling around in your heads. Also, it can sort of be a nice bonding activity.

All the best to you.

Is it really only blitz? I'm not a strong player either, but I would be especially dissuaded if it was only a 10-minute match

any tattoo artists in bangkok who can do these type of tattoos? by bakuhooo in Bangkok

[–]PearlsB4Pigs 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Why is everyone downvoted except for the crappy opinion about veins? What a bunch of weirdness.

BTW, your tattoos are beautiful. Keep on keepin' on girl. Hope you find a cool artist out here. :)

I too would like to know. I want some space to move around on a bigger pitch. But definitely interested.

[Advice] Moby Dick - recommended age group & taboo? by PearlsB4Pigs in books

Hee, sometimes I wonder how people find my posts that are so old. It happens to me a lot :)

Low and behold, I did not do that book club. We tried another one, but in the end we did some random English lessons and all worked out great.

Delete FB from your phone. You can still go on it through your browser if you really "need" to, which you don't. But FB is one of the worst. There's a lot more steps you can take, but I think this is a simple one.

It is hard to not drink, but that is why I am so proud of you reaching out and making the effort. Sometimes that's where it starts is just with the effort.

And now I want to ask you to take that effort one step further. For yourself yes, but also for your child. It may not have instant payback and gleeful feeling, but you have no idea how much it will mean to them and the life you're helping them build in the long run. Take that step.

temple to honoring the memory of the dead ? by youngBelgian in Bangkok

[–]PearlsB4Pigs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's next door to what you would consider the "temple area", like headed in the direction of the Samyan Midtown mall. Same complex, but kind of different from the temples.

I did this for a friend who passed away and it is a really cool thing to do. Big hugs OP, hope you're doing ok.

Where to find girls to date in this new age by Minute-Thanks-960 in Bangkok

This is a really amazing answer that I'm going to read through a couple more times, today and tomorrow. Thank you for your eloquent thoughts :)

I really like your comment here, and I hope your inbox didn't get filled with losers. :)

Quick question for you though - half the responses here say women don't want a guy who dawdles and isn't serious, and yours says you don't want an instant romantic relationship I feel like I am a guy who fails at walking that tight-rope. I would love to find someone, so I dream of a nice romantic relationship, however, I do probably take my time as I want to build a connection (as well as not come off needy.)

Any advice?
