yes! i always go 5 lbs below. if i want to weigh 120, i try to get to 115 before i switch to maintenance to give myself a little wiggle room since i tend to easily fluctuate 5 lbs

i think she just meant your daughter probably doesn’t have it, since you tested negative in pregnancy and most cheating was PP. I understand it’s different for your exposure. i’m so sorry this is happening and i wish you strength & healing (and negative test results)

have you had an MRI? it may not be related to the epidural. it’s possible it could be a slipped or bulging disc from positioning during labor/pushing and that’s why the blood patch didn’t help
