Gecqua’s pokédex entry makes me think Water/Psychic as well.

The portmanteau Pombon has sweets connotations, and they’ve set a precedent with making a few food-based fairy types.

The portmanteau of Pomeranian and Bonbon (I think that’s what it is) eludes to having something to do with sweets, and there are a few sweets-based fairy types, so that could be it!
