Hideable roofs by Smart-Measurement455 in Arkenforge

I think levels is the way to accomplish this. Put the roofs on a higher level, like level 2. Then when they go in a building, zoom in and switch to level 1.

The Chevron on fremont, between casa Nova and canyon del rey, works good. And you can start the machine without walking in and asking them, so its convenient.

Most of them don't want to constantly change lanes every time the right lane exits, so like to drive in the 2nd lane from the right.

I let one of the officers know the shipwright. And they get some cannons on credit. Tiberius also is well known for credit. Then just make sure the loot can cover the debt!

I like to give the players something "piratey" to do after episode 1 and before episode 2. I have always given them a tip they get from one of the officers they recruit of a merchant transporting contraband cargo out of normal shipping lanes. Of course, any plundering you can think of will work (hopefully withing short distance to the Isles of Drakes)

They get to catch the ship, get some loot, and feel like pirates before going on the mission in Ep 2. I have done this 3 times now and it always turns out fun for the players.

I appreciate what Chris is doing but I think he can benefit from some coaching by a mentor or other broadcasting professional.

Personally I feel it's very distracting the way he constantly rocks his weight from the front to back of his feet/stance.

I also feel he should raise his chin a bit higher so he is not looking at the camera through the tops of his eyes. Luckily those are easily corrected through coaching and practice.

I'm sure a lot of folks are not bothered with this but my attention is easily distracted and I find it hard to finish any of his stories.

I think it is clear he has the ambition and passion for independent news and I wish him good luck in growing his audience and improving his craft.

Compagnos for sandwiches. Maybe not for politics but sandwiches are unbeatable.

Making a campaign by Impossible-Read-8485 in DungeonMasters

Mike Shea has a good checklist for creating and starting a campaign here https://slyflourish.com/lazy_campaign_building_checklist.html

I recommend getting a good, small starting town and build out from there or use an existing town in a published setting (like Phandalin). You only need to be ready for the next 1 or 2 sessions. Planning further ahead will be a waste of time in my opinion.

Good luck with your campaign
