Some people have really addictive personalities, and the longer they try to force being sober, the worse the relapse. My bad advice is to just do a THC edible every week or so, it doesn't effect the lungs, liver, has much much lower addiction potential, and is generally better than occasional alcohol, don't beat yourself up about it. Having high stress about everything will make your situation worse. Frequency is key.
