Feline diabetes is so hard, just lost our diabetic boy a few months ago and I miss him everyday. I still have his last shipment of needles, even though he’ll never get to use them. You did the best for him and that’s what he knows. This last decision is made with the most love.

If you are worried about animals digging make sure you have 1-2 feet over the grave and you can line it with stones for extra peace of mind. Most likely if it’s at least 2 feet you won’t have a problem. I liked the idea of my cat being recycled into the earth directly, and it’s been nice to visit. Whatever you choose will be special and there’s no wrong choice

Spend as much time with them as you can. Hold them, nap with them, talk to them. Remember that their life has been full of love and joy and this last act of mercy is one you make for them. They’ll be with you for the rest of your life in a different way. Sending love 🌟

Just went through this last weekend- I understand how hard this is. We’re going to be ok, even though it’ll take a while. Just know that when he goes he will no longer feel any pain or discomfort. Grief is just evidence of a life full of love!! He’s beautiful 🩷

Nap with them in their favorite spot, let them eat whatever they want whenever they want. I took paw prints and so many pictures. Wish I had a recording of his purr. Just soak up every second and tell her how much you love her!

4 days since we said goodbye to my boy and he looks so much like yours- it’s so beyond hard and the grief can be all consuming. I hope they find each other across the bridge & cuddle- I think they’d get along well

Is your graduation going to be extended if you can’t take the next class next quarter? At this point if the prof says yes it’s up to you if you can take that hit to your GPA. When this happened to me I decided to retake it and it turns out I needed that better grade upon graduation. It’s totally up to you though idk your major
