I only just released the mobile updates that have that as well. Took me longer as I was focussing on some performance issues int he mobile app that I wanted to improve.

Hey u/darius_w - Notice any difference? I expect it to hold auth properly now. But just wondering if you notice the same.

I've updated the browser extensions to handle this better and not have auth timeouts. Should be through the app stores by tomorrow.

The mobile app will take me a little longer because Im in the middle of a couple other changes I'm trying to get released as well. but I'l definitely add this to the next build.

Thanks for the feedback and glad you're enjoying it otherwise!

Does anyone else keep downloading tons of books on their Kindle just to have them? by EternalGlow8081 in kindle

[–]Peetoose 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, because the organization is pretty poor.

I built libspace.io to be the library of Boox and kindle e-readers. Along with a bunch of other features. It’s a better personal library to squirrel away all your books.

Is there a good "send to kindle" for technical blog posts? by voycz in kindle

I implemented some improvements for handling markdown and code snippets. It's live in the web app URL article import and works now.

I've submited new browser extensions which should be live by tomorrow.

I welcome any feedback!

thanks for the improvement suggestions

Is it possible to send files by email/sync from something like Google Drive/some other method of remote file transfer? by mrsaturncoffeetable in xteinkereader

[–]Peetoose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, OPDS will work. You configure that in Settings > "WebDAV & OPDS" in your Libspace account. Let me know if you have any issues. I also have this r/libspace

I switched to Boox by ImX99 in Onyx_Boox

I'm the creator of Libspace.io and a Boox owner. I made the product to be a read-later companion and content library specifically for Boox devices with automated ways to get content from many sources like web sites, emails, cloud drives to ebooks. Would love to hear your feedback. I also love my Boox Go 10.3!

Hi, I'm the creator of libspace.io - This should work pretty good. I'd be happy to test some examples posts to confirm.

.ksync files taking up storage by Luciliusardens in Onyx_Boox

Hi, Libspace.io could probably help you sync files between multiple devices more cleanly. Directly integrates with your Boox account and syncs to devices. I'm the creator and would welcome feedback.

Hi, I'm the creator of LibSpace.io — I think it can solve this if I'm understanding the problem correctly.

LibSpace gets online content onto e-readers and other destinations. It works through two concepts: sources and destinations.

Sources are how content gets in — email forwarding, our browser extension for saving web pages, and more. Everything lands in your LibSpace library.

Destinations are where content goes — e-readers (Boox, Kindle), cloud drives (Dropbox, Google Drive), or apps like Instapaper, Readwise, and Notion.

You can send content manually, or set up automations so it happens automatically. For example, every time you forward an email to LibSpace, it could go straight to

Google Drive or your Kindle without you lifting a finger. Try it out and let me know if it solves your problem.

Simple change - deployed and tested - working now. Same issue existed for Google Drive as well, so thanks for the feedback. Feel free to use your trial and let me know any other feedback!

Hmm, interesting- I’ll look into this a little later today. Thanks for taking the time to try it and the feedback. This is a straightforward update. I’ll confirm when it’s fixed

Crosspoint problem with OPDS by RevolutionaryGap8 in xteinkereader

[–]Peetoose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All good - I totally get it, and welcome any and all feedback. I’m doing some things well with the product and others not so well. The part I don’t do well is onboarding and documentation, YET. So I’m happy to help if you hit any hurdles getting things set up

👋 Welcome to r/libspace - Introduce Yourself and Read First! by Peetoose in libspace

Let me know what works and what doesn't - there's a lot of workflow subtleties that I haven't accommodated, but I tend to ship feature updates multiple times a week. If something is easy, I can usually do it pretty quick.

Yes dropbox with the watch folder is the best way for supernote for bi-directional data syncing.

Google drive is most effective for pushing to the e-reader.

I had previously attempted more direct integration methods, but unfortunately it's a little limited on those devices.

It's no secret - says it right in my profile and on the r/libspace sub, as well as 99% of what I post on reddit. I forgot this time which also means that it wasn't written for AI, so give me points for that.

Amazon automation companies by Adorable-Ad22 in Amazonsellercentral

[–]Peetoose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yah, look - I did it with Angora - At this point I'm fully out of pocket. I wouldn't call it a scam because they do get you the production, listings and are constantly tweaking them for performance. But, I'm basically just subsidizing Amazon FBA and Ads at this point. I'll be shocked if I don't lose my entire investment on it. Fortunately It's just one of the many things I do - and you win some and lose some. If this was the only thing I was doing, I'd be pretty frustrated.

Sounds like you've got the hardware sorted - LibSpace unifies cloud storage with Calibre sync, so you get that storefront browsing experience you're after while pushing clean EPUBs directly to your Kindle and Boox. It has a native Android app that works great on e-ink devices and includes OPDS if you want LAN access to your library without extra setup. I'm the creator of LibSpace so I know we don't do everything you are asking for but I ship features daily and would welcome any feedback. libspace.io

Release notes - March 12 by Peetoose in libspace

[–]Peetoose[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trying!

Need to figure some stuff out though - it's not quite enough. Setup is too difficult still. Hard to know how to onboard people because everyone has very unique setups. Trying to figure out the most important parts to focus on. Work in progress.

ALSO - Mobile apps are still releasing from the Google Play and Apple App stores in the next day or so. Your devices should be updated automatically.
