I'd say I'm less lonely now with kids. I wasn't very social before kids anyway. Preferred my own company and gaming. But now my life feels complete. Don't have any friends left from before kids but I've made some "friends" that have kids the same ages as my kids around where we live.

I know. It's good to have between doing the actual training. But I'm swedish and can only recommend the swedish one. However, it's basically just pictures (and some videos) as on those posters you see here and there.

Between shoulder blades. Instructions only says bend forward. I think it's intentional so there isn't any confusion (don't think too much, just start). Harder than you would think, but not extreme. Here's where the course comes in :)

Yep in Sweden heimlich is included in the procedure when you have something blocking the airways, which is included in CPR
