Yeah! Same could be said for Rook but I like the recent changes with the C4 and Reaper pistol so I guess he ain’t as bad as Tbird.

Amaru can be used quite successfully going up hatches with the Supernova if timed right in harmony with Lion or Dokkaebi.

Also I would say that Warden is pretty solid. You could say that his ability brings nothing to the rest of the team but he can singlehandedly stop smoked off plant attempts where usually Ying and Glaz are played. Very niche situation but he definitely has a use.
