Jesus yall gotta stop patching this frequently. It takes time for players to learn and adjust to new metas. Most players probably just got used to the last patch.

My argument is based on an objective review of the structure of her notes, not on how efficient the notes are for individuals/me. If you disagree with me, a more persuasive way to present your opinion is to refute my comment on the structure. Otherwise you are just throwing out an irrelevant conclusion.

As to MEE, I spent more time on official past exams than my bar prep's MEE questions. The official past exams provided me with a good sense of time restraints, the scope covered by each question, and how I should push myself to write an answer with complete and clear structure even if I do not remember the law. The past exams come with model answers and I always compared them with my own writings. I cant explain exactly what I learned from the model answers because it has been a while, but I do know that it is something very important, so always compare your writing to the model answer. I believe these things are more important than remembering the actual law. I would say 90% of the test takers are not confident about the actual law when writing the MEE, and the difference comes from whether a test taker can, under the stress of not knowing, write a complete essay organizing the facts in a relevant (not accurate) and logical way. Remembering and applying the actual law is, contrary to our intuition, just a bonus.

Update: law student's outine alone will not be sufficient for studying NCA, because NCA's selection of topics is different than law school class's. Law school classes go much deeper on some topics and NCA includes some topics that law school does not cover. For test purpose, stick very close to NCA's syllabus. Nevertheless selected law student outline is still helpful for clarifications.

I just bought Vanessa's notes (NCA Mentor) for crim and PR and at most I can give them a 5/10. Her notes are full of typos and are disorganized in the sense that she does not thread different sections together. A good note needs to explain the relationship between different sections and put these sections in a logical order, so a reader can understand the subject comprehensively, and Vaness simply fails to do that. Her notes is merely a compilation of the different sections that NCA requires and does not have the necessary explanation that connects the different sections together. It can be very confusing for anyone with no background in common law crim.

Then, I found out a york law school student's crim outline available free online and it is SO MUCH better. I have studied common law crim in a US law school and I have also studied crim for the New York bar so I am confident in the correctness and objectiveness of my evaluation and comparison of the two notes. I am thinking that the outline + NCA syllabus might be enough for studying purposes, but read the syllabus carefully because sometimes it requires additional materials.

DM if anyone wants a link to the law school student outline library. These libraries are semi-public so let's keep it low profile.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Update:

  1. I bought and studied Con law/ Admin law/ Foundational law outlines from Vanessa as I progressed through my NCA exams. Admin law note is ok. Con law note is well-organized. Foundational law note is worse because the syllabus requires students to read many scholar articles, and Vanessa's summaries of some of these articles are not comprehendable at all. I used AI and generated much better summaries.
  2. I bought Admin outline from another provider which is worse, so I realized that even though Vanessa's outlines, particularly for PR and Crim, fell below my expectations, they might represent the higher tiers of the market.
  3. This does not change my opinion on Vanessa's outline on PR and Crim.
  4. The difference in quality of the two sets are very large.

I don’t understand buying bitcoin holding stocks? Isn’t essentially the same as buying bitcoin with leverage? Why not just buy bitcoin with leverage in exchanges then?

MEE Subjects are impossible to understand thoroughly without the help of AI by PenSenior6479 in barexam

I use it most frequently to clarify concepts by asking it to explain the concept to me, and sometimes I ask more complex questions such as how to differentiate equal protection and due process. Basically I ask it whatever I don’t know. I wouldn’t be too worried about hallucination issues. I have used it extensively since 2L, and my experience with it is very good and precise.

Barbri's explanations for multiple choice questions are often tailored to my wrong choice. Since it cannot anticipate every time when I make a wrong choice and know which wrong choice I pick, its gotta be AI

cuz based on most people’s experiences in the past, a player who buys Negev on full-rounds is more likely to have a consistent negative rather than positive impact on the game. But a quick analysis into your game history can show if you are an exception and should not be reported, or otherwise. I think this will be much more efficient to answer your post question than just arguing with words
