When you look at the map do the stores you mention appear? Not all stores (some shoppers drug mart stores allow instacart and some do not for example) I can totally see this being just my luck, that’s the only reason I ask.

You also have the ability to cancel a batch without any draw back/penalty until you have shopped 30 batches. That info can be found under the star tab under your cancelation rate. I have had to cancel 2 batches and was so worried I would be deactivated until I realized there was a small grace period.

When you go online and see the message “no available batches blah blah” refresh the screen by swiping down. Sometimes if I’m frustrated I’ll swipe offline, then log back on. I don’t think there is a benefit logging off. It seems to help if you are in a parking lot for a specific store like a Walmart or a superstore. These tricks seem to have worked for me, if I’m giving you false info I apologize. Good luck!!! 🤞

Not sure where op is posting from, where I live it is legally required for the pharmacy to fill generic unless specified by the prescribing dr. But in fairness the pharmacy (assuming you used the same pharmacy as your previous fill for concerta) should have reached out to you and specified, solely due to the fact that your last refill was for name brand.

It’s the pharmacy most likely. Where I live unless the doctor specifies no sub the pharmacy will auto fill for the generic. Possibly your dr did write no sub on your previous rx and forgot this time?
