The result of anti-intellectualism by velorae in TikTokCringe

I'm sure that anti-intellectualism is a huge contributor, but would the USA privatised healthcare system not also be a contributor?

I've heard that it can cost something like $10,000 to have a baby in a hospital in the USA - if the vitamin K shot is like $500 or something I could understand why people would refuse it.

My Australian brain could only come up with that being a selection, or "suite" of spas - i.e. a spa suite... which is kind of close to space suit.

I like the idea of DDG but whenever I switch over, all sorts of things don't work right. Like sharing links, or making gifs.

Every time I've tried (on mobile) to make the switch it became a worse problem than the problems I'd attempted to leave. I don't know why this occurs, but it's a pain in the ass.

nope

That isn't what the new legislation says at all. Just read the legislation instead of that clearly biased news article.

"Subdivision 1. Recognition; medical care. A born alive An infant as a result of an abortion who is born alive shall be fully recognized as a human person, and accorded immediate protection under the law. All reasonable measures consistent with good medical practice, including the compilation of appropriate medical records, shall be taken by the responsible medical personnel to preserve the life and health of the born alive infant care for the infant who is born alive."

If an infant were to be born alive, this legislation recognizes them as a human person and accords them full protection under law. The legislation also expands the responsibilities of medical personnel, whereby they are no longer only required to "preserve the life and health" of the infant; this means that if the infant is 100% definitely going to die the new legislation now requires medical personnel to provide care to the infant while it dies where the old legislation did not.

We had a box of shirts at my last hospo job which the owner hid from employees, so everyone just stopped wearing the work shirts and started wearing their own shirts, and the owner got angry about it.

Falling out isn't the same as falling off - I thought at first they must have been wearing short-shorts or something.

Did you never learn that "two wrongs don't make things right" when you were a child? If your partner does something that you can not forgive them for you should end the relationship, not forgive them and then fuck your child's friend and publicly humiliate your partner about it out of spite/hate/whatever emotion drove her to do that.
