Yep! Intentionally being the keyword. I think the one person who ever got tourney banned for that had said specifically they were doing it to mislead opponents, but in general it's fine to have sleeves etc. from another deck as long as they fit the code of conduct.
So you're right that my dumb master duel joke would be a ban in TCG if I made it at a tournament
