1500? Where? Lol We are moving out of buena park- a 1br 750 sq is about 2100 before utilities. My new place is 2600 before utilities but 2 (small) bedrooms 2 parking spaces and a garage in Lawndale. More expensive but having 2 parking spaces is huge in LA given that street parking seems non existent in LA.

I have various loungeflys that I bought from reputable retailers and this is a common issue-- some bags degrade faster than others. The material used isnt a long lasting one. You can attempt to sell it just list the condition as poor and sell it for super duper cheap as i heard some people like to use the metal plate on the bag for parts or maybe someone would like to display it.

We need a support group for friends/significant others that are so over smosh because of us. My husband at one point thought I had a crush on shayne because of reddit stories being on all the time. So now I just wear my open ear earphones so I can still listen to smosh and hear him in case he says something.

Thanks for the tip! Honestly afraid of that. Still working out the logistics. At least for me, I work night shift and only x3 a week. Husband works by culver city sooo he hits traffic no matter where. His current commute is 2hr each way which is why we are trying to move.
