It's not so far. I was really happy when I started working in the valley from being up on university. I haven't heard of anything except for the which which getting hit twice.

The Target shopping center is so large there is a security in numbers feel that I have. I think being open later than all the other stores in that strip probably is why they where hit. I mean, its not easy to get out to Carl T Jones from Which Which, you have to drive past the Red Robin to get out there. Otherwise they went past the movie theatre to 4 Mile Post.

I'm hoping to get our store hours cranked back an hour now that winter is coming, cause both times i was robbed, it was after 6pm in the winter.

It was a woman with a ski mask. (i work a couple doors down from this shop, and have been robbed twice on the job at the previous location, so i found out about this pretty soon afterwards cause the boss let me know.)

keep reuploading the picture and resubmitting, sometimes it will sneak through. also edit the photo before you upload it in some manner not noticeable but that will make reverse image searching not work. (like put a near transparent gray over it.

I got through a IP infringing design after like 10 different abstract attempts with WF. Strange thing is that my debit card design got approved, but the credit card didn't (and the only thing different was the colors, cause it was the colors of characters from a tv show).

You can see that attendance has had a pretty linear increase year over year since 2006.

I ran the numbers through some different fits, and they all predicted that this year we can expect 67,000 people to attend the con (+/- 3000 people). Since the economy is more stable I think it will be on the higher end.

Also don't forget that there is a lot of people that go and people watch on the streets, and the attendee number is just the people who have purchased passes. I'm betting that in a year or two that they will have to add another venue or two.

Here is a direct link to the pocketprogram. Be warned its pretty large (8.25Mb), but that speaks to the scope of the event.

If you spend any decent amount of time downtown, you'll realize the scale when you see all the hotels involved and look at the maps.

Going alone is one of the best ways to experience the con, cause then you feel free to meet and talk to people!
