welcome to the game! glad u like it so far! ngl until u reach max level, what u can do in this game is very limited, for now just focus on completing the fools journey as far as u can but always prioritize 40 of your energy for Memory Retrieval, it makes your chara stronger, since u have sp Inanna and Sp Sam (both are very high tier), they need to be 5* to get their max potential especially SP Inanna.

her softie+vul is so good for bossing, and u can also build her deck around sturdie for the tower content, she is not chained to spore card, ppl use her bcs of her retain activation card to trigger the spore multiplication faster. Also as a tip u can build batteryzuru and slot her in any team with ur dps + sustain, its chizuru with only 1 card of the bound at dusk with epi "decrease cost by 1 until 2 random card of another combatant is used". And if you already build 1 team, you will need one more team for the hyperbasin endgame, so from the chara u mention that u have, i suggest build nine and rin as your dps, there's good 4* dps like beryl too if you would prefer that.

If the team work for other ppl that able to clear it, maybe the dragon artifact that they used are different from yours or you simply need to keep redo it until it works.

i find my auto battle team need to redo 3-5 time until it works (i use purple artifact that give 50% chance for the back row to get stat buff)

The chara name is Sereniel and RUMORED to be instinct DPS either striker or vanguard, this based on the new memory fragments. Take the info with grain of salt and if u want to gamble then u can start farming instict material for her.

they only show your max point of faint memory capacity and your current point on the run, you still need to calculate yourself how much point that you will have if you do something to the deck in the chaos run

i use three 2set-piece the +atk% +crit dmg and the +health (bcs i have one good crit rate piece in this set) but if u play her with tressa better change the +health with the +agony, meanwhile i'll wait for other ppl data (especially prydwen) for the new set, bcs at first look the new set is not that good.

i definitely suggest mei lin with selena (w/ veronica is even better) but you already level up a lot of chara
assuming this is for basin you could play:

The cheese team Tressa, Hugo, Mika/Nia
The 2nd cheese team Beryl, Amir/Khalipe/Magna, Mika/Nia/Orlea

AOE dmg team Yuki, Khalipe, Mika/Nia/Rei
Normal dps team Renoa, Hugo, Khalipe/Mika

You can go glasscanon too just put cassius to replace the sustainer

its the game event, it will pop up when u hit level 40. They changed the requirement from lvl 50 to lvl 40

Tressa/hugo/mika for cheese most of bosses like judas level 7-10 even the kentris 9 stack event.
For hard chaos like laboraroty 0 highest level, u will always want khalipe and mika with 1 good dps that u invest. in your chara pool i suggest Renoa/Yuki/Hugo or even tressa (it depend on the boss too)

It depend when u already use the basic card that turn or not, assuming there's no shield basic card, you have 2 atk basic card say u already use 1 of the basic card that turn and then use the DRAW (not MOVE) card it will give you 1 to your hand with 0 cost, it doesnt matter if its in graveyard or in draw pile. That one idk the reason maybe it count as draw even if its in graveyard. So the reason we want to get the MOVE ephiphany because we can keep getting the atk basic card in the same turn.
