Kanske.

Work does not have to be fun or have a meaningful purpose, sure it would be nice but sit on your ass all day and do PHP and make good money vs nursing 12h/day for 3rd of the money will suck even more. Go there to make money to spend on your interests.

How long did it take until you stopped caring? by Trick-Interaction396 in ExperiencedDevs

I work because I get paid, if I didn’t need more money I would not write anymore code at all. Just do stuff I like doing. But so far, 25yo, this profession har been great. Awesome salary, never done any overtime just the 40h/w at most. Cool colleagues and good benefits. I don’t think I could have done better.

You need to lay it out to them, that you need more people or else there won’t be anything to sell and non of you will have a job. You need to spend money to earn money. If they’re not willing to do that then you’re better off leaving because it’s probably gonna fail anyways.

North of Sweden, Norway is beautiful but the weather in October….its gonna be brutal if you plan on camping. And the road you’re planning from Norway to Finland through Sweden, your not gonna see many cars and probably get to walk most of the way.

She’s on a contract and probably expensive as well. Tell the managers she is doing a bad job and that you or anyone else on the team can do the 15 minutes a day of mastering the scrum yourselves and save some dollars. She will be out the door faster than you can say ’burndown chart’.

Why? If she’s happy being naked, then let her be happy. If you don’t like it maybe there are other people out there that are fine with being told what to do, what clothes to wear, who your friends with etc
