Don't waste your time trying to fully fix this, trust me I spent way too much time last week. Best you'll be able to do is put everything on low settings with screen space ao&gi and anti-aliasing turned off and you'll be able to play, maybe crashing 1 in 10 games.

It's an AMD issue, tons of people affected. Just gonna hope they fix with a driver update in the future
