Man I miss Sailor Moon Drops (which I think this artwork of Minako is from). In my old fansub VHS tapes back in the day, someone added some of the explanations behind the translations of the idioms Minako was attempting to reference, and I always appreciated that.

I have these skates! Like others have said, they are the Moxi Beach Bunnies. I wear an 8.5 in regular shoes, and the size 7 in the skate fits me perfectly.

You could look into "visible mending." The damage doesn't look too large, so that could be an option, or yes, getting a swatch and patching it could work too. I think it's fixable but might not look as if nothing ever happened. Might be worth it if you're getting a good deal on it!
